I had the Crispy Kurobuta pork chop at the Nobhill Tavern by Michael Mina which is in the Las Vegas MGM Grand hotel.

You can make reservations but since I was staying there, it was easy in and no line. The chops are one of the Tavern Classics and were about three inches thick and cooked on a hickory wood grate. They were nice and tender and juicy.

I would highly recommend the pork chops at Michael Mina’s Nobhill Tavern.
