Johnny Rockets Restaurant
One of the great affordable Venetian hotel restaurants
Location of Johnny Rockets Restaurant: Food court at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas

About the burger joint
There are many Johnny Rockets locations across America – and the world – all of which offer a slice of 1950s America, even though the first restaurant only opened on Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles in 1986.
If you want to eat for reasonably cheap at the Venetian Las Vegas resort then this nostalgic burger joint is a fantastic place for all the family. There’s no need to make a reservation and the prices really aren’t bad.

What kind of food does it serve?
The Johnny Rockets menu offers typical American cuisine. I had the tuna melt last time (well, you can’t have burgers for every meal, even when you’re on holiday in America, can you?) It was nice but I prefer their fresh original hamburger, which they grill to order.
Each time we eat here my husband, Martyn, gravitates towards the calorific Oreo Cookies and Cream Shake which he says is out of this world. I really love their Sprite floats (you can have any soda you like in them) – it must be to do with the specially-made ice cream they use!
What’s the seating like?
In the Johnny Rockets diner can choose to sit at tables or at the counter. When we last visited the restaurant in the Venetian Hotel food court we sat at the counter. (You can also find Johnny Rockets restaurants in the Fashion Show Mall and dotted around Las Vegas.)

What’s the atmosphere like?
The members of staff at this Las Vegas restaurant were so warm and friendly giving the whole place a cheerful vibe that it’s hard not to catch.
