Where is Mandalay Place?
This Las Vegas shopping mall is light, bright and unusual in that it’s housed on a sky bridge that runs between the Luxor and the Mandalay Bay in Vegas.
The Luxor Hotel in Vegas
I couldn’t take much in when we first arrived as my feet were throbbing so much. There’s only so much sightseeing you can do without a break! I made a beeline for one of the chairs in Starbucks and sent my husband, Martyn, to get me a hot chocolate – penance for all the walking! If you’re not tiring out your feet but are taking the car you can park at Mandalay Place or at the Mandalay Bay resort hotel and casino.
What kind of stores and restaurants will I find there?
Although it’s not huge, there’s enough shops and restaurants to keep you entertained – from little unique boutiques and speciality stores to clothes and jewellery shops. I’ve included the list of stores and restaurants here
Mandalay Bay Resort Casino and Hotel
I love handmade cosmetic shop, LUSH. The smell from the soaps and cosmetics is really distinct. It’s the perfect place to pick up something special for your bath such as a luxury bath melt to help you relax and unwind before the long night ahead.
It’s a good idea to visit the Mandalay Bay LV website before you go and print off the book of coupons for the Shoppes at Mandalay Place. It offers some decent savings off the eateries and stores inside the mall.
